A delicate crispy fried roll filled with minced chicken and vegetables in

A Dover sole poached in white wine and butter with sliced scallops and prawns
in cream with parsley sauce

Chicken in Calvados and Apple Sauce

Breast of chicken in cream, wine and calvados with wholegrain mustard with apple
chunks and sliced mushrooms

Lobster Shelton

Whole lobster in cream cheese, white wine and garlic with blitzed prawns and crab meat,
whole prawns and mock caviar, served with salad tossed in French dressing, over sliced avocado
accompanied by rice and chopped asparagus

Rack of Lamb

Rack of lamb in redcurrant and rosemary sauce, served with pachadi creamed potato.
